When it comes time to buy a home, one of the most common and important questions you will probably ask yourself is, “How am I going to pay for this?” The two options you have include the following:

1) Pay cash for the property.

If you are paying cash for the property, you will be required to provide proof of funds regarding your ability to perform. The deadline for providing evidence of your ability to do such is required within fifteen (15) days of when the contract is ratified.

2) Obtain financing from a qualified mortgage professional/lender.

If you are going to obtain financing, I recommend finding the right fit for you and your situation by contacting various lenders until you feel comfortable with their rates and services and obtain answers to all questions which may surface. It is advised that you also perform your own research in regards to finding a lender with whom you are satisfied. Typically, you will be required to provide income and asset information to the lender as a manner by which you will learn how much you can spend on your home. This step is a great place to start when you want to begin searching for a home. The lenders listed below have always provided timely and responsible service for my clients. Please feel free to contact any of the lenders listed below or any others of your choosing. As I mentioned above, it is important for you to feel comfortable with every step of the home-buying process. The right lender will certainly help that occur!
